Early Warning System (EWS) is a management
information system application, which will allow the management
to keep track of their order status.
EWS will alert the management to pay attention
for the orders in trouble.
EWS will help any kind of production or service
oriented companies who require to deliver their good/services
to the clients against delivery dates. EWS will help the management
to meet the delivery dates and for the management to know
before hand problems. In effect steps can be taken before
a "fire breaks out".
EWS will allow user to setup their own Title
heads and create their own job heads. (Job heads means if
a product has to be delivered, the order has to undergo various
stages to reach deliverable product. Each stage can be called
as Job Head. Egg. If a Readymade fabric has to delivered it
should under go various stages like yarn, dying, printing,
stitching etc.,)
This application will divide a product delivery
date to sub deliverable dates according the Job heads.
Application will keep track of each Order and
alert the management by sending email and highlighting the
order in to red color in order list, if there is any delay
in completing the task of each Job Head. Advance delivery
notification system is also included.
The advance reminder email will be sent to the
supplier for advance notification. Overdue email will be sent
to the supplier if any delivery date is overdue.
Detailed report system included.
Application will run on most of the Windows OS
like windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT / 2000 & XP. |
